feeling thankful and blessed.

There are so many things we are truly blessed with in our lives and so many things that we should be thankful for. I have an infinite number of blessings to be thankful for so no doubt I will forget something and I am apologizing for it right for that. It would take a lifetime to write down all my blessings, but I'm going to write about the ones that stand out the most to me this month.

1. My BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING family!
I am always so grateful for my family, but lately I have noticed truly how blessed we are to have our own families that will be there for us no matter what! I am grateful my direct family members as well as my distant family members. Family is always first because they are the people that are going to matter after this life. I have such great parents and siblings its truly amazing! They all bless my life SOO much!

2. My HOMETOWN (Blackfoot).
I NEVER realized how much I truly do love little ole Blackfoot! I love the peace I feel in Blackfoot and how I feel like I am always welcome and just at home when I am in Blackfoot. Everyone counts down the days until they can get out of here, but I LOVE IT! It is a perfect place to raise a family, no doubt.

3. DANCE
Dance is my escape, it's how I let go of about EVERYTHING. Through dance I am able to feel so many different emotions and to express who I really am. When I am dancing I express all the joys, the pains, the stress, the happiness, and everything in between. If there is one thing in this world that keeps me from going insane it is most definitely dancing. Dancing, to me, is a form of counseling. When I am upset I can close my eyes play a song and let go and totally escape this world. When I am happy I can do the exact same thing. That's the thing about dance I never have to be in "the mood" to dance because no matter what mood I am in I am still in the mood to dance.

4. My DANCE friends
I have been blessed to make so many, actually a majority, of my friends through dance. Knowing girls from my old studio, new studio, and other studios is amazing because I am able to create more friendships where the one thing we all love to do, we all have in common. We all understand each other so well and its amazing to just really grow so close to one another. We are honestly like a huge family. Also it really cool to travel to conventions that are hours away from home and still know people.

5. My SCHOOL friends
Honestly without my school friends I would probably not enjoy school. They are the ones that make school fun and enjoyable! I have had the opportunity to make so many friends through school and to find common interests with people I wouldn't really expect to have something in common with. I love all my classmates and friends at school! Thank you for making school enjoyable!

6. THE GOSPEL and SEMINARY
The happiness I have found through the gospel is infinite! The comfort it brings me is unbelievable. I'm so blessed to be a member of the Church of Later Day Saints. The truth I have found is so amazing and I know without the church I wouldn't be half the girl I am today. I am thankful for all the opportunities I am blessed with to learn about the gospel and I am grateful for my testimony. I know that Jesus Christ suffered so that we could be happy and return to our Heavenly Father. I know he can relate to each and everyone of us. I know he is the only one that has felt every pain and every sorrow we have felt. I know that Heavenly Father hears and answers prayers and that he loves us all unconditionally. I know that Thomas S. Monson is the true living prophet of the Earth today and I am grateful for his messages. I love the Gospel and without it I would be a broken hope.

7.My CAT (Master Mo) (Moses)
My cat is THE FUNNIEST animal I have ever owned. He continues to entertain me each and every day.. Sadly when we moved into my new house we had to give him away, but he is staying with Jordan's best friend and he only a phone call away.

8. WEEKENDS
What would we do without weekends for real though? Weekends are what keep me alive I swear, along with everything else on this list, but with a busy schedule it is such a blessing to have a couple days a week off of both school and dance.(Other than usually I spend my weekends doing homework). I love spending time with my family and just relaxing, because after a long week... We all need the break.

9. My EDUCATION!
I am so thankful for the opportunity to go to school and learn from my great and not so great teachers. A lot of them teach you stuff that is not only applicable to the classroom subject, but actual life lessons. I am grateful for a safe environment and the people I have met through school.

10. Laughter!!!!
This is just plain and simple. I love laughing and having fun. Without it I feel like life would be way to serious and kind of depressing.

11. My SAFETY.
We live in such an amazing community, one that is generally pretty safe. We are lucky to have amazing police officers, fire fighter, doctors, ect. that are always working hard to keep us protected.

12. Sunshine... (:
I loooove the sun. and just the beautiful skies of Idaho. It is no doubt one of the things that makes me so proud to be an Idahoan. Sunshine makes me happy because through it, it brings happiness and fun.

13. my cell phone.
When live gets busy I know I can stay connected with friends and family through the worlds technology. Not only that, but we can stay connected with colleges, missionaries, and almost everyone can be contacted through technology. Its amazing how much the world is progressing.

14. KINDNESS of STRANGERS
Nothing makes me more happy than when I see a complete stranger hold the door open for me, or wave to me while driving, or any small acts of kindness like that. Their kindness and happiness definitely make my day better.

15. Genuine Compliments for NICE people.
Occasionally you get a couple obvious fake compliments to break the ice or to just attempt to get rid of awkward tension, but other times you get genuine compliments and it really is just heart warming.

16. Natures beautiful SKIES.
Again, the skies here in Idaho are beyond believe and SO beautiful. I love being able to admire gods simple creation of the Earth itself.

17. MUSIC
M.U.S.I.C. is my life. It is the beat I dance too. I hear it everywhere, on movies, in my car, in church, in restaurants, everywhere. Its amazing the peoples talent and abilities can be spread through so many devices all over the world delivering happiness to each person that hears it.

18. HEAT!!!!!!
I love heat. Heated seats, heating pads, heating blankets, heaters, fires, and just the heat of the sun. Feeling the warmth makes me so happy and I am so blessed to have a car and a home especially because they have heat to keep me warm in cold Idaho winters.

19. MISSION-aires!
No matter where I am, if I see a missionary.. I smile. They are truly amazing people. they give up 18-24 months of their lives to serve their Heavenly Father and the trails they face are not easy. They get doors slammed in their faces and have to stay happy and not get discouraged because someone wouldn't take the time to hear their message. They are honestly like little super heroes. I am so grateful for them all.

20. Soldiers.<3
These people are SO extremely brave and many of them would give their lives to keep me and you free and safe. They work so so hard and fight with all they have just for you and I. They are all so brave and amazing, I could never ever thank them enough.
